Responsible for overseeing and managing a Local Team and the team’s data input requirements into a specialized real estate valuation software (Argus Enterprise). This work will be performed in coordination with the requirements of a U.S.-based CBRE business unit handling a significant amount of transaction volume with constant deadline pressures.
Responsible for prioritizing and assigning workload to Local Team members and making timely and proactive decisions to ensure deadlines are met.
Develop a strong understanding and working knowledge of Argus Enterprise.
Provide technical guidance and formal training to members of the Local Team relating to general real estate knowledge and the valuation of real estate, as well as the technical aspects and nuances of the data input requirements.
Review all work performed by the Local Team with full responsibility for the quality of the work product being provided to the U.S. Team.
Identify and quickly address the root cause for any poor quality of work and/or inefficiencies in the process by taking whatever corrective actions are required to the process or personnel to remedy the problem.
Communicate regularly and timely with the U.S. Team regarding any data input issues, deadline/capacity concerns, quality issues and/or staffing/performance concerns.
Update the training manual provided by the U.S. Team based on issues/questions raised by the Local Team and confirming the answer with the U.S. Team.
Generate required reports on a regular basis to measure productivity, by individual, and specifically track individual and overall performance vs. stated KPI (Key Performance Indicators).
Other duties may be assigned.
Provides formal supervision to individual employees within single functional or operational area. Recommends staff recruitment, selection, promotion, advancement, corrective action and termination. Plans and monitors appropriate staffing levels and utilization of labor, including overtime. Prepares and delivers performance appraisal for staff. Mentors and coaches team members to further develop competencies. Leads by example and models behavior that is consistent with company's values.
