Ability to write reports, manuals, speeches, and articles in a pre-designed style and format.Ability to effectively respond to complex inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, supervisor, and/or management.
Ability to present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees.Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.
Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Ability to solve problems in standard situations. Requires basic analytical skills.Intermediate skills with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of project databases.
Decisions made with general understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor.
Oversees and manages project documentation and coordinates documentation revisions and distributions. Provides administrative and financial support to the LMA (Local Market Area) teams for a major market and/or city.
Responsible for preparing project status reports for work group. Coordinates budget preparation, reporting and preparation and control of records, statistics and reports regarding operations, personnel changes, etc.
Prepare, reviews and monitors monthly reports including AR, income, EBITDA, pipeline and business metrics to identify trends.
Coordinates meeting scheduling and communications plan regarding the project among for project delivery team or work group, client and management. Oversees administrative functions for programs, projects and/or processes specific to the operating unit served.
Enters project information and data into project management technology tools (software applications, web-based tools, job cost accounting tools). Coordinates monitors and oversees submission of reports/request deadlines; Compiles and/or review statistics and market data required for acquisitions, transitions and proposals.
Acts as a 'go-to' administrator for project tracking systems and websites. Oversees the processing of submitting paperwork and equipment set up of staff cubicles for new hires within the department/office.
Oversees and processes documentation for project commitments (i.e. Agreements, Contracts, Work Authorizations, and Purchase Orders). Prepares correspondence, reports and presentation materials for management review.
Processes invoices and pay applications. Acts as a point of contact for escalated matters among the team. Ensures that department procedures are consistent with systematic retention, protection, retrieval, transfer and disposal of departmental records.
