We currently have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and resourceful Executive Assistant to support our heads of Capital Markets and Advisory & Transaction Services.  Providing a high level of administrative and secretarial support to 2 of our key APAC Executives, this fast-paced role would suit a highly organized and efficient person who enjoys managing multiple priorities and possesses both initiative and a strong service focus.

Some of your key responsibilities will also include:

  • Maintaining electronic diaries, coordinating meeting appointments, venues and conference calls, including booking catering and travel arrangements 
  • Planning and organizing functions and meetings for the Senior Executives
  • Assistance in preparation for attendance at Executive Committee meetings, conferences and client meetings
  • Draft, review and prepare correspondence, reports, PowerPoint presentations, submissions, and other documentation 
  • Monitor emails and assist in prioritizing tasks
  • Minute taking and coordination of actions arising from meetings
  • Processing invoices and expense reconciliations, manage claim process and other administrative assignments.

To be successful in this position you must be able to 5 years of significant experience in a similar role in a dynamic MNC environment. You will have advanced skills in MS Office particularly Word, Excel and Outlook. In addition to having excellent time management and organizational skills, you must be client-focused with strong attention to detail and have the ability to build strong relationships with both staff and external clients.   A proactive attitude and flexible approach to work and an ability to adapt to a changing environment are essential.
