One of our multinational clients is seeking a Transaction Coordinator to support the development of the Estates Management function, awareness and understanding of the client.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
· Update the Lease Admin database
· Prepare reports for Finance and Procurement’s retention
· Manage all government and local authority billings
· Coordinate real estate transactions in accordance with CBRE guidelines
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a strong desire to learn. We are happy to consider fresh graduates. The ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines is critical.
