Responsibilities:

-  Being champion of customer experiences through digitization and smart technology application

- Working closely with the client’s Customer Experience Team in developing mobile Application, web-based communication channels and robotic/AI devices to offer efficient, sustainable and innovative customer experience enhancement

-  Advising stakeholders and the broader organization on all aspects of the digital customer experience to enable the delivery of excellent digital customer journeys

- Understand requirement proposing design and function specifications of Smart-FM and User mobile Application

- Supporting the Technical Manager in preparation for the setup of the approved smart-FMS System(s)

- Collaborating with the client’s customer experience team to design the UI/UX and content of the

   Smart FM-system, mobile Application and any other digital customer experience content

- Responsible for Software beta testing and bug fixing documentation

- Working with the CBRE HQ technology team adapting CBRE 360 to the HKSTP service offering

Requirements:

- Degree holder preferably in digital technology or similar discipline

- Minimum 3 years in digital experience design or related discipline

- MCSE and CCNA preferred

- Experience of database integration and Web user interface development
