Manage team members to site IFM service efficiently and safely

Resource coordinate for cross function needs.

Take the responsibility of on site EHS coordinator and CBRE EHS contactor.

To Ensure all CBRE members and team to comply with EHS requirements –PTW –Free incident

Timely CAPA execution,

Record maintain and filing documentation 

Manage outsourced vendors on the day to day operations matters.

Ensure the upkeep of premises cleanliness in the general office areas, conference rooms and pantry areas.

Conduct regular site inspection with vendors and follow up to ensure that issues that have been identified are being action-on and completed.
