• Receive and process customer requests via telephone, email, chat or web.
• Acknowledge and appropriately greet and assist every customer in a timely, efficient and professional manner.
• Route misdirected calls to appropriate person or area.
• Generate customer Service Requests in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software tool, capturing relevant customer information for effective service delivery.
• Dispatch and communicate urgent requests for service to Tier 1 Providers. 
• Trace status of Service Requests through CRM software tool and provide information requested to the customer.
• Attend to customer complaints and concerns immediately and facilitate satisfactory resolution.
• Contact customers to ascertain additional information needed to process request for service.
• Performs other related duties as required.
