Burwood and Norwest location (supporting both sites)

Here’s a snapshot of your day;
  • Assist in day to day management activities
  • Raise work order and purchase order
  • Receive invoices and follow up vendor invoices
  • Liaise with the client on administrative aspects of the contract
  • Develop and implement various reporting template
  • Prepare documentation and general office duties relating to the contract
Here are some of the strengths you’ll possess and the background you’ll need to be successful;
  • Strong administration experience 
  • Experience with processing invoices and work orders
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate at all level
  • Ability to multi-tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Intermediate to advanced level in Microsoft packages - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
