Key Objective

Client Care is a global strategic priority at CBRE focused on creating exceptional outcomes for clients.

The goal of the Client Care function is to act as a valued business partner for clients and the business.

The Client Care function in Korea is focused on developing the strongest possible client relationships at CBRE; understanding and anticipating each client’s unique needs; deploying the entire CBRE enterprise and producing measurable client outcomes.

Key Activities

- Develop and lead the domestic Client Care program focused on domestic Korean investors and occupiers in partnership with CBRE’s Korean business leaders
- Establish, grow and leverage upon effective client relationships across Korea
- Provide regular updates on client strategies and business requirements
- Act as Account Manager for selected accounts and drive collaboration across business lines to deliver superior client outcome
- Partner with the business and research to bring expertise and thought leadership to Client Care clients
- Ensure follow ups and support for APAC clients that are active in Korea
- Develop and execute client plan strategies and communications to business line leads
- Internal stakeholder management to drive business engagement
- Lead client satisfaction survey process for Client Care clients active in Korea
- Prepare client analytics and financial reports in conjunction with operations and finance
- Implement and maintain the Client Knowledge Centre

Skills and competencies

- Client focus – always acts with client in mind and maintains effective relationships
- Degree and more than 10+ years of working experience
- Languages: Fluent in Korean and English
- Good understanding of the local commercial real estate sector and network
- Entrepreneurial mind-set to drive business development
- Experience in client account management
- Proven ability to influence and build collaborative relationships with senior stakeholders
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organisational and process management skills
- Self-motivated and able to plan, manage and prioritise tasks, whilst setting clear objectives and monitoring progress and results
