Role summary:

Working closely with multiple stakeholders and reporting to the Business Unit Lead, this role assists in leading and facilitating the development of a winning sales strategy, to gain and retain business, as well as developing our service offerings to precisely meet what our clients need. We do this through ensuring adherence to proven processes, tailoring the message for each and every client solution and ensuring the full breadth and depth of CBRE’s global experience is leveraged to develop winning strategies.

What to expect on the role:

This role is critical to helping CBRE achieve its growth and revenue targets. We are seeking a smart, self-driven, communicator who will be responsible for;

Playing a key role in the design, development and communicating the bid strategy and opportunity pipeline for CBRE Facility Management Services in Singapore.
Supporting teams both interstate and across business lines to grow business through understanding the clients’ needs and delivering creative and compelling solutions by which CBRE can add advantage to their business. 
A Strong involvement in the RFP process and also final terms negotiations to close the opportunity.
Attending key meetings, presentations or oral pitches.
Analysing and understanding the competitive landscape and market trends
Briefing and working with our in house Bid management, Design and MarComms team to ensure creative and compelling client presentations and documents.
Writing and editing bid content to ensure one voice, highlighting win themes and addressing key drivers.
Ownership of the bid content and marketing collateral library.
Assisting in the development of presentations and key visual aids for pitch stage.
Conducting win/loss reviews with business unit lead and customers, communicating key learnings back to the business.

You may be considered for role, if you meet criteria as below:

Minimum of Bachelor's degree from an accredited program in business, marketing, real estate or related disciplines
Minimum 2 years working experience with emphasis on business development marketing & sales support
Preferably candidates from Facilities Management background
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. 
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret various types of business documents.
Ability to prepare analytics and reports in a pre-designed style and format. 
Ability to effectively and efficiently respond to inquiries from clients, co-workers, supervisor, and/or management. 
Ability to effectively present information.
Must have a detailed orientation – accuracy and QC is a must
Experience of working with Salesforce system advantageous
Excellent attitude, willingness to learn and develop.
