What to expect on the role:
Manage/ Analyse data - ensuring integrity, identifying trends/ patterns that could influence key business decisions, data change management and driving for issues resolution.
Explicitly plan the scope of analysis, success criteria, priority, business impact, risks mitigation and timelines.
Know the stakeholders’ expectations, anticipate challenges and customize communications to ensure overall stakeholders’ satisfaction.
Perform ad hoc/ other duties assigned from time-to-time.
To be consider for the role:
High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel). Experience with Tableau, SQL, VBA will be advantageous.
Excellent analytical skills, attention to details and ability to translate, present and communicate complex ideas to different types of audience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to work flexibly with Global partners (US, Europe, APAC).
Results oriented and able to work in a team as well as independently.
Self-starter, motivated, adaptable, resourceful and able to perform under pressure of deadlines.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Sciences, Statistics, Engineering or equivalent.
At least 5 years of working experience in business analytical/ planning/ data roles with high intellectual curiosity.
