CBRE’s digital presence within South East Asia continues to accelerate forward. We’re seeking driven individuals with a passion for innovation to join our growing Digital & Technology team within Singapore. This role will be a blend of Technology Analyst, Project Coordination and System Administration and support. This role will be ideal for someone who is looking to enter the workforce in technology or move into technology from another field.

Business Analyst 
  • Understand both internal and external client feedback / problem statements 
  • Facilitate the rollout of new technology 
  • Be a Technology Champion within the business, promoting products and educating users on what our products offer, and what problems we can solve
  • Leverage, Maintain and enhance our platforms by documenting requirements, overseeing delivery of new features, training users and maintaining systems
  • Support our digital leadership in project work, presentation work, and analyst duties across multiple projects 
  • Diploma / degree graduates with a strong interest to drive technology changes
  • Some experience in IT or Real-estate highly regarded
  • Hungry for success and driven to succeed
  • Have a knack for solving complex problems statements with an ability to refine these scenarios into practical action plans
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Astute commercial acumen and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to deliver, self-motivate and be proactive with minimal direction
