A Director role to lead the FM team to oversee the daily operation and and maintenance of premium properties portfolio. We offer 5-Day work week and other attractive fringe benefit to the right candidates.
Duties:
  • Oversee daily operation management and ensure compliance of company policies and guidelines;
  • Manage and gude the whole Facilities management teams to provide excellent services for clients and private members;
  • Reviews client's strategic plans and determines appropriate staffing levels to meet expectations;
  • Reviews capital project and operating budget reports for multiple properties. Creates action plans to improve financial position;
  • Manage & liaise with internal and external parties to provide smooth operation in daily management;
  • Prepare budgetary estimates for the properties and facilities;
  • Monitor and control the budgeted expenditures and ensure that all these systems are operated cost-effectively;
  • Develop, review, implement and enforce policies, procedures, rules, regulations, manuals and guidelines for carrying out effective and systematic operation of facilities;
Requirement:
  • Degree or above in facilities management, building studies, or engineering related disciplines;
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in managing building facilities. Experience in managing private clubhouse would be an advantage;
  • General knowledge of the current legislation relating to building and contract law;
  • Able to work under pressure with ability to handle multiple tasks;
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
