Role and Responsibilities:

1)Business Partnering

Work with business leaders to develop business strategies and plans for region and countries 
Develop and define commercial/pricing modelling for the mentioned start-up business services  
Drive business and financial reviews
Build up governance 
Support business leaders with decision making from finance perspective with solid data and analysis i.e. investment plans
stakeholder management in a matrix reporting structure and drive alignment across the business 
Implement improvements, drive change, raise standards through the direct and indirect influencing 

2)Commercial and performance management 

Fully comprehend the financial and commercial detail of business contracts to ensure optimal performance and risk management 
Perform regular P&L/Contracts reviews – help countries to deploy review cadence and governance as well
Identify business/financial issues and propose action plans to turnaround the issue 

3)Financial Management

Financial start-up for new business lines – leading dialogs to drive aligning for reporting, accounting policy, control and SOX compliance, systems configuration and navigation, process alignment, delegation authority mapping etc. 
Ensure set up access to the systems & data - Drive the financial analysis and management through leveraging FPA capability by delivering robust, accurate and timely financial information and support business leaders 
Develop financial metrics to drive and influence business performance 
Lead management reporting, month end closing and budget/forecast process 
Support ad-hoc projects to drive process improvement within the wider business
As the key driver of finance excellence, as change management of champion for new initiatives, improvement projects, identify and mitigate financial issues across the region


Requirements:

Strong People Skills is required
Technical Skills-Strong Business Acumen with proven track record within the industry,Strong analytical skills,Excellent Project management skills 
Relevant experience for respective business and services 
Good understanding of the APAC markets with strong customer focus
Key Internal Stakeholders-APAC leadership, Business Leaders for LFM, Technical Services and Principal Contracting.Business Leaders in the respective countries supporting the line of business
Line of Business-Local Facility Management (LFM),Technical Services,Principal Contracting,Minor Works
Moderate travelling required within APAC region
