This position impacts Key Building Stakeholder relations;
It is called a Neighborhood of Buildings (not Portfolio) at the Microsoft Account.
The Account is immersed in customer focused and Client facing; The Assistant Facility Manager position works daily
with the Client.
ADDITIONAL ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Attend client meetings as required.
Reviews work orders to ensure that assignments are completed within the Client Contract SLA.
Responsible for facilities condition and life cycle renewal inspections and reports.
Assist move vendors with occupant migrations as required.
Uses company provided technology, Work Order PO Management Services; proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote; Assist with process and procedure training as needed.
Provides process and procedure training, as assigned.
Conducts financial/business analysis including preparation of reports, as needed or required.
Assisting client at team morale events, film shoots, high profile building tours, etc. as needed.
Not applicable: Manages capital projects. Prepares capital project and operating budget and variance reports.
Not Applicable: Manages vendor relationships and trains vendors on work order and billing procedures.
Responsible for invoice processing and accuracy of cost centre coding.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Minimum experience of 5 years at Clients request.
FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE:May be required to conduct financial analysis
OTHER SKILLS AND/OR ABILITIES:Ability to read and interpret drawings, not required but preferred.
It is a rare occasion of needing to lift up to 50lbs. In this position, it is seldom, if ever required.
