Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Front of House, Mailroom, Pantries, Catering, Cable Subscriptions, Office Supplies, Business Card Printing, Copy Center, Car Rental & Transportation for associates
  • Seeking to improve customer / client satisfaction demonstrated through KPI’s and service delivery strategy
  • Acts as the key interface with customer facing issues including incident reporting / escalations
  • Collaboration into Soft Services Lead and Soft Service Category Managers for the service commodity and rolling out new initiatives  / process improvements
  • Work closely with Regional Operation Manager and Facilities Managers across regions in rolling out change management programmes
  • Provide education / support to FM team to ensure consistent service delivery, joint ownership and resolution with FM for customer delivery issues.
  • Supervise ES staff including vendor staff; provide professional guidance and briefing on bank’s processes / policies including on-boarding and off-boarding vendors’ staff
  • Review vendors’ invoicing and payment approval
  • Track and report on all ES Spend and inventory with monthly reporting
  • Prepare monthly actual spend and forecast with Finance Team
  • Attend and report ES services during the regular meetings with FM Team and Portfolio Manager 
  • Manage on site related Audits
  • Work with Sourcing Team on vendor’s contracts ( new and expiring)
  • Ensure ES related certifications are renewed on a timely manner
  • Ensure bank’s sustainability is adhered and work in collaboration with EHS Manager
  • Ensure all MSA contractual measures are meet
  • Act as the CBRE relationship representative and escalation point with ES regional vendors
  • Review performance metrics; tracking, analysing reporting performance in terms of quality, safety, cost, customer satisfaction and taking corrective action, with the operations team, where necessary
  • Where contracts are principal and agency to CBRE, ensure compliance of Vendor Performance Management to ES Playbook

Qualifications / Experience:
  • Degree or equivalent qualifications 
  • Experience of 3 to 8 years in the facilities management industry gained within commercial offices or financial Services Sector preferred
  • Commercial acumen and awareness
  • Experience performance management essential  
  • Good experience in dealing with and influencing clients and customers
  • Self motivated and work under pressure to balance conflicting deadlines is essential
  • Analytical skill set, project management and transitional experience
  • Excellent planning, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Has market expertise for services managed
