Oversee administration across 4 retail assets
Deliver excellent customer service to our client
Brisbane city fringe location

Here’s a snapshot of your day;
  • You will be responsible for administration and operations of the allocated retail centre's
  • Act as the first point of contact for all tenants and customer queries 
  • Assist the Centre Managers with preparation of budgets 
  • Ensure documentation is up to date and appropriately recorded 
  • Liaise with tenants in relation to lease renewals.
Here are some of the strengths you’ll possess and the background you’ll need to be successful;
  • Experience in administration within a fast-paced retail environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to interact with a broad range of stakeholders 
  • Attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry and reporting
  • Strong organisational skills, the ability to problem solve 
  • A licence and car are required, and flexibility to travel between 4 sites.
