Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day property operations
  • Supervise the cleaning, repair and maintenance service provided to residents / owners
  • Build up and maintain good relationship with clients
  • Handle enquiries and complaints from the owners / tenants

  • Requirements:
  • Degree / Higher Diploma holder
  • 1 - 2 years experience in Property Management
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of BMO, DMC and related ordinances
  • Good spoken Mandarin is preferable
