Daily tasks may include:

  • Translation English to Vietnamese / Vietnamese to English
  • Collecting, reviewing and analyzing information
  • Creation of proposals
  • Create PowerPoint presentations
  • Correspondence with colleagues & clients
  • Attending weekly team/company meetings
  • Creating meeting agendas
  • Attending client meetings
  • Taking meeting notes & issuing minutes

Special tasks to include:

  • Creating weekly newsletters
  • Issuing weekly newsletter
  • Updating database
  • Creating simple marketing materials to support the team; newsletter, flyers, banners using Microsoft Suite programs, as needed
  • Assist in residential consultancy and sales support work
  • Assist & participate in special events such as sales events, site tours, and other corporate functions

  • Bachelor degree 
  • Fluent in English; translation and interpreter experiences would be preferable
  • Good communications skills in both English and Vietnamese;
  • Computer literacy: Word, Excel, Internet. Enhance excel experience desired.
  • Staff is expected to have a positive and cooperative attitude with the willingness to participate in after- hour work/social events.
