•Assistant facility officer in managing vendors, like pantry service, gym, pest control, parking, shuttle bus; monitor vendor’s performance.
•Mail room management, and to be the backup when the mailers are on leave.
•Maintain the First Aid box, order first aid medicines when required.
•Maintain assigned segments of the finance system, like to create PO, goods receiving, payment and accrual in the system。
•Monitor and report monthly spend against budget to Site Manager.
•Maintain filing system for correspondence, contractors, vendors and administrative documents; the tasks assigned by manager.
