Job Responsibilities:

Maintain department records which may include expense reports, attendance trackers, purchase requests. Coordinate with Purchasing, Accounting, HR, or other such support departments as necessary.
Assist with preparing presentations as needed. May research, gather, and compile data.
May make travel arrangements, complete and submit expense reports, schedule meetings, maintain calendars, maintain office supplies and equipment inventories.

Minimum Qualifications:

Must be a graduate of 4y degree course (preferably business course but not necessary)
Must be amenable to work in Real, Calamba Laguna, 6 Days Work Schedule
With very good knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
Can effectively communicate using the English Language
Expert user of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and front desk software applications
Special talent for scheduling appointment, managing calendars and maintaining conference rooms
Adept at giving accurate and detailed information to visitors and callers
