JOB SUMMARY

Senior level leader responsible for managing an APAC team to provide strategic oversight and accountability for the governance, planning, strategy development and delivery for all Client real estate objectives including multi-year, multi-phased initiatives, business case validation, program roadmap development and capital & expense tracking.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Full accountability for the integrated service delivery of workplace strategies and tactics that support specific corporate, line of business and regional objectives 

  • Collaborate with the Client leaders to deliver the required results and customer service levels 

  • Be the trusted advisor to the Client on all integrated program management matters 

  • Manage internal and external relationships in support of program(s); provide consultation on complex large scale projects that integrate into an organized program 

  • Create and forecast program(s) cost(s)/timeline(s). Identify and monitor overall program costs, timing and deliverables to ensure key milestones are achieved 

  • Provide recommendations on benefit realization as a criteria for "go/no go” decision on program future spending (including tracking financial and qualitative results) 

  • Define, create, maximize and sustain program benefits. Ensure value-add program benefits are being demonstrated 

  • Actively contribute to the budgetary preparation cycle, effective ownership, management and reporting on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis 

  • Oversight of the capital planning process. Report to the capital committee and team within matrix environments 

  • Creation of policies, procedures and processes relating to the integrated program/project lifecycle and management tracking 

  • Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements in accordance with both the Clients and CBRE Environmental Health & Safety policy 

  • Integrate with and meet the objectives and performance of the Account Business Plan 

  • Develop talent and adopt career management techniques for strong performers 

  • Adopt a one-team approach through coaching, training and continuous professional development 

  • Recruit, hire, and retain team talent
