The purpose of this position is to provide assistance to the facility management team to ensure the successful competition of client facility needs.Responds to client inquires and concerns.
-Ensures timely and quality service delivery to clients. Follows up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
-Creates work orders and assigns work orders to multiple technicians, subcontractors and vendors. Communicates work orders to technicians and assists management in resolving problems.
-Assists with the inspections on the facility campus.
-Responsible to manage office supplies and re-order;
-Booking the water for office, make sure it will never intermit.
-Make sure office appearance in good condition all the time, including all public area and also employee personal working area;
-Keep meeting room in good and organized condition all the time
-Assist travel schedule making and updating;
-Assist meeting arrangement;
-Other duties may be assigned.
