  • Reception service: Phone system handling, Guest receiving, visitor card custody, AE reporting & Official visit follow up
  • Cleaning Service: Office routine cleaning; Carpet cleaning.
  • Indoor plant service: Indoor Plant Care & Disease inspection and treatment;
  • EMS (Mail Service): Routine office mail service/ SBS mail handling for company and personal payment vouchers
  • Pantry Supplies: Pantry & beverages ( order, receiving, stock check )
  • Meeting room service: Meeting facility and room booking & timely tracking & setting
  • Office Supplies Management: purchase stationery and printing produce every month, manage the staff application and the distribution to copy area, keep recording
  • Key Management: Collection and registration of office keys
  • Site facility Maintenance: Coordinate with suppliers and service providers for furniture repairs and ergonomic workstation requirements; Maintenance of furniture, fax machines, small equipment and soft drink machines. ICD, AC and AV quarterly routine maintenance.
  • Support office event
  • Vendor servicing control
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Support the Sales work: support the sales meeting; collect sales date
